Bringing On New Paranormal Investigators

Published by jenniferwiley at 10:29 am under Paranormal Research Edit This

Bring it comes to managing a paranormal investigation team you will soon learn that there is a lot more to deal with besides investigations themselves. There are the actual team members that are going to need your attention and guidance. As a founder of a ghost hunting team you will find that you will be wearing many hats.

One of the most important things to concentrate on with a team is making sure that each individual team member is completely trained and qualified to be out in the field. When bringing on new members you do not have to always go with experienced investigators but they have to be willing to learn to do things the way you see fit. It is important that they stick with the same viewpoint on all paranormal issues…even if each person has their own opinions on orbs for example. There must be an official team viewpoint on every issue within the paranormal field and all team members must make sure that they are capable and willing to follow along with that.

Make sure that your ghost hunters get the proper training and skills that they need. It is your responsibility as the founder to make sure that gets done. If the investigator refuses or simply fails to do so then they must be removed from the team. There is never room for dead weight on a paranormal investigation team.
